Slept really well, didn't wake up until the breakfast call at 8. Had a choice of either a shore excursion or a dive, we decided to do neither. The second dive was a shark feed at Amberjack Reef. We spent about 40 minutes watching a bunch of Caribbean reef sharks munching on a chumsicle and swimming around.

After lunch we did another dive on the same site where we saw a huge turtle who came by twice to check us out.

The second afternoon dive was Tim's 200th dive and a fun drift dive at Wax Cut. The group got split up by the current; they had to send the Magik out to pick up 3 different groups. The night dive was at Hammerhead Gulch (named for someone who had a hammer dropped on their head). Rick's perseverance paid off: he found an octopus! We watched him feed for a few minutes before he got annoyed, inked us, and disappeared. Back on the boat we all watched the octopus footage and had a fun evening in the salon.
