Early breakfast, then packed for our helicopter transfer to the Four Seasons on Bora Bora. Rick, who had discovered the iPhone game "Frenzic" the night before, spent an hour or so honing his skills. Took golf cart to helipad and hopped on helicopter. 12 minute flight to Bora Bora with its beautiful turquoise lagoon, flew over Four Seasons as we landed.
Checked in, taken out to our room at the end of one of the pontoons, looking out to Mount Otemanu. Absolutely spectacular room, lots of space, wood everywhere. Settled in, walked (something like half a mile) back to the restaurant. Had a tasty lunch and several drinks. Planned sunset cruise for the following day.
Back in room we closed the shutters and had an awesome nap. Walked down to Sunset Bar. Randy was a bit wobbly on the pontoons, likely from all the time we'd spent on boats). Said hello to Penny Fisher (the porcupine-fish) and the Heron Baron at Penguin Island. At the restaurant we had a tasty sushi dinner. Back to the room (lots of exercise walking!) and off to bed.
