The weather was absolutely beautiful with lots of sunshine and blue skies. The trees were just starting to turn colors, which was a bonus in the photos.
Our group was a rather interesting bunch. We were definitely the youngest there. Most of the participants were retired men, many of them quite large. It was an interesting dynamic, with everyone forming a 'line' at each spot and several of the photographers would get quite heated if someone was in their way.
Fortunately for us, there was lots of room and lots of non-obvious shots to be had.
